NowIS Origin
NowIS has been started with the intelligence systems research project called Epistemos led by Jose Martin Juarez, founder and president of Interligare.
NowIS Concept
Firstly Jose Martin Juarez through his research and design works, and later Interligare through works in innovation were the first in the word to conceptualize and normalize the concept of “what is”, “what should do” and “what are the components” of an Intelligence System.
The objective of the innovation concept presented en NowIS is to create and establish doctrinal concepts, organizational models, operational methodologies and technological architectures allowing to establish quality standards and good practices in the intelligence discipline in any application field.
For developing the NowIS concept Interligare keeps a continuous innovation program with the following components:
- Interligare. It is a main innovation and development center - manager, owner-developer and implementor of NowIS systems, applications and services.
- JMJLab. It is a laboratory of complex systems design created by Jose Martin Juarez, designer and initiator of all Interligare Innovation projects.
- Interligare Intelligence Innovation Institute (I4). It is a centre for investigation of intelligence systems potential applications.
- Epistemos Network. It is a knowledge network formed by international intelligence researchers and methodologists lead by Jose Martin Juarez.
