Title: Systems aimed at eradicating and individually managing the risk of aggression against women in Spain.
Coordinator: Indra
Status: In progress

In March 2009, Interligare collaborated in preparing the SEGURAME project aimed at offering a comprehensive technical solution as a response to violence against women through the use of an intelligence system for early detection and management of the risk of aggression against women.

The project was submitted to Avanza R&D (Strategic Actions for Telecommunications and the Information Society), a subprogram within The National Plan of Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation and has been approved by the Spanish Ministry of Tourism and Commerce.

Interligare will lead the work related with decision-making and use of the intelligence for the detection of behaviour patterns which may reflect a threat to women’s security. Our fundamental objective is to create a behavioural prediction model which will serve as the basis for defining a system of automatic warning and recommendation of strategies & countermeasures aimed at providing security for the victims depending on the different risk levels.
