Kent Strategic Intelligence Consulting - Kent SIC
The function of Kent SIC is analysis and situational diagnostic of strategic information management in organizations and definition of corporate intelligence plans and projects.
Objectives
Kent SIC is a strategic consulting product with two objectives:
- To allow organizations to analyze and diagnose situation of treatment and management of corporate strategic information.
- To design and develop a corporate intelligence plan allowing to manage with excellence that information in the whole organization.
The final objective of Kent SIC is to design and develop action programs that will allow organization through design and progressive implementation of corporate intelligence system to obtain Informative, Decision-making and Operational Superiority, in other words, Strategic Superiority.
Kent SIC determines how CORPORATE INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM shall be, as well as its evolution and implementation.
Kent SIC is composed by three products of intelligence strategic consulting:
- QMonitor: Introductory education in Corporate strategic Intelligence.
- SIA: Strategic Information Analysis.
- SIP: Strategic Intelligence Plan.
